What platforms do you support?
Currently our products are built for the Windows Operating System. Being a small indie software Company we are focusing on one platform. Are products are not web based which means they are yours after purchase with the exception of AI API Keys (see below). This means your own the product and can use it even if we go away with no monthly fees. Our products are desktop based where a larger screen than a mobile device is used in addition to mouse and keyboards.
Why do you charge a one time fee?
We are a small software company and proceeds go to the tools needed to develop products and expand platforms.
Do I get free updates?
Yes you get free updates to the major version you purchased. For example if you purchase 1.x you get upgrades to the 1.x series (for example 1.1,1.2,1.3,...)
What are API Keys and do I need them?
We use the Open AI or xAI platforms for our AI. Our products use an API key that you create, control and own. This has a couple of advantages. No recurring monthly fees of our products. Privacy - we do not know what you submit to the AI and history does not go into your AI chat history. No ads. You add credits to the API keys as you use the service. For a few dollars you can use the tools substantially before new credits are needed.

The API key you select is based on your preference. Visit the OpenAI API page https://openai.com/api/ for details on using Open AI. Visit the xAI API page https://x.ai/api for details on using xAI.
