Each adventure created can have several smaller quest items generated by the AI. A quest item could be to retrieve and return an item to a non-Player Character (NPC) or to defeat and adversary in battle. 

When in the chat mode with a character you can give them an item from your inventory, it this is a quest item for the right character you will receive adventure points.

You can be assigned quests by NPCs in your conversations with them. They will tell you about quests they want to help with. The best way to guarantee you will receive the quest is to state “I accept the quest” after talking to the character about it.

Adventure points can be applied to increase a major stat for your character: Hit Points, Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence. Each quest is worth 1 adventure point per party member. Use the Inventory / Apply Adventure Points to use awarded adventure points.

The adventure ends when the primary quest has been completed, or all the dungeons cleared when the adventure is a dungeon crawl.
